Hands-on Leather Recolouring Training

Leather recolouring is one of the key parts of leather repair.

Done properly, it restores worn, faded or damaged leather back to a consistent, professional finish.

Done badly, it fails quickly, looks artificial and damages trust with customers.

At The Leather Academy, leather recolouring is taught by an experienced leather recolouring professional.

This page explains how professional leather recolouring actually works and how it is taught within our training courses.

Students are taught why each step matters, so results can be repeated reliably and not guessed.
