Do I need any experience to train with you?
No prior experience is needed at any level. Our foundation day is designed specifically for complete beginners, and we’ll guide you through every step.
How quickly can I start earning after training?
That depends on the course you choose and your existing business background. Students who complete our 2 or 3-day programmes – which include real live-job experience – are typically in the best position to take on paid work quickly. We can also support you with your product supplies, online presence and marketing after training.
What do students typically say about the live-job days?
The live-job days are consistently the part of our training students find most valuable – and most unexpected. Working on real repairs in real customer homes is a very different experience from classroom practice, and that difference is exactly why we built it into the programme.
Is the training suitable if I’m adding leather repair to an existing business?
Yes – a significant number of our students are carpet cleaners, upholsterers, detailers and furniture restorers who want to add leather repair as a high-margin additional service. Our 1-day foundation course is a popular starting point for this group.
